Disappointing - 1936 Mercedes 500 K Special Roadster
I have always loved this car and actually saw the real vehicle in person. The model however was disappointing. The price was very attractive but in 1/18th scale the quality was not good enough for me to display in my collection. I hope that in the future Fairfield offers this vehicle in 1/24 or 1/18 scale in a better quality. I guess you get what you pay for but I would welcome the chance to buy a better version of this car even at a significantly higher price. I sent this model back for a refund.
