The 53 Packard prototype Caribbean was 213" long and 78" wide, about average for the 50s. This 1:24 scale model by Welly is 7 3/4" long and 2 5/8" wide. That's over an inch too short and almost 3/4" too narrow; it is REALLY narrow. I buy these as loads fo
While this replica is nice, it is not a 1:24 scale. It is more like a 1:25 or 1:26 scale. If you want your die cast cars to match in size, consider not purchasing Welly cars. They will look small aside the true 1:24th scales cars.
