About the Design
The kit depicts a fictional three-stage orbital vehicle: a large, winged first stage that carries the upper stages piggyback before returning to land and fly back to base, an expendable second-stage booster, and a winged third stage that carries a pilot for re-entry and landing. All stages separate, and the model includes drop-away fuel tanks alongside the retractable landing gear.
